2 year warranty on every product
We care about the quality of our tools and do everything we can to deliver them to you in perfect condition. Should something still go wrong, every Golden Goods product comes with a 2 year warranty, starting on the day of delivery.
What is covered
The warranty covers defects in material and manufacturing that arise during normal use. In that case we will repair or replace your product free of charge.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by dropping the product
- Damage caused by incorrect use or by not following the manual
- Products that have been repaired or modified by you or by third parties
How to make a claim
Email support@goldengoods.eu with:
- your order number
- a short description of the problem
- if possible, a photo or video of the defect
We will get back to you within 24 hours on working days with a solution.
Please let us know within a reasonable time after you discover a defect. In most cases two months is considered reasonable.
Your legal rights
This warranty does not limit your legal rights. Under European law we are responsible for any defect that becomes apparent within two years after delivery, and Dutch law may give you additional rights.
