2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer from Golden Goods and to every order placed via goldengoods.eu by a consumer. By placing an order you accept these terms. You can save or print them at any time.

3. Our offer

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Images give a true representation of the products, but colours may differ slightly depending on your screen. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer, such as a clearly incorrect price, do not bind us.

4. The agreement

The agreement is concluded as soon as you place your order and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email right away. Every order is subject to availability of the products. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any amount you have already paid.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping within the EU is free. You pay when placing your order via iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or PayPal. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's conditions also apply.

6. Delivery

We ship within the EU with PostNL, DHL and DPD. Delivery times are indicative; see our Shipping & Delivery page. We deliver no later than 30 days after your order, unless agreed otherwise. If this is not possible, you may cancel the order free of charge and we will refund the amount paid within 14 days. The risk of loss or damage stays with us until the product has been delivered to you.

7. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person designated by you, have received the product. Notify us within this period via our returns portal or by email, and send the product back within 14 days after notifying us. Returns are free of charge. You may try the product as you would in a store; if you handle it beyond that, you may be charged for the loss in value. We refund the full amount, including any delivery costs, no later than 14 days after your notification, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product back. 8. Conformity and warranty

We guarantee that our products meet the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. In addition, every product comes with a 2 year warranty from the day of delivery. Damage caused by dropping, incorrect use, not following the manual or repairs by third parties is not covered. 9. Complaints

Not satisfied? Email your complaint, clearly described, to support@goldengoods.eu as soon as possible after you notice the problem. We reply within 24 hours on working days and answer every complaint in full within 14 days. If a complaint needs more time, we will let you know when you can expect a full answer. If we cannot resolve the complaint together, you may submit the dispute to the competent court.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence and except where the law does not allow such a limitation. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Intellectual property

All content on goldengoods.eu, such as texts, photos, videos and logos, belongs to Golden Goods or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements with Golden Goods. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. The Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) does not apply.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applied when you placed your order always applies to that order.
