Free shipping within the EU
We ship to every country in the European Union, and shipping is always free.
Delivery times
Order before 22:00 on a working day and your order leaves our warehouse the same day.
- The Netherlands: usually delivered the next working day, between 9:00 and 22:00.
- Rest of the EU: usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
In some cases, for example when a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. You will find the expected delivery time on the product page. If we cannot meet the delivery time, we will let you know as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery.
Carriers
We ship with PostNL, DHL and DPD. We always choose the fastest option for your address, so it is not possible to select a carrier yourself.
Track your order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Wrong delivery address?
Did you enter the wrong address by mistake? Contact us as soon as possible at support@goldengoods.eu. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will change it for you.
