Item(s) purchased from Onedayweglow.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. The items must be returned in unworn, unused, unwashed condition and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to our address with a written explanation with the following:
- order number (you received this with your confirmation mail) - which item(s), which size(s), which color(s) - why the item(s) is being returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that items purchased with a discount code cannot be returned.
Also note that the shipping costs of the package won't be refunded.
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

The forms of payment we accept are Ideal and Paypal. There will not be any shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands!
