Returns
You can return your purchase to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and without any signs of use. Otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to process the return. If you want to return your order, you can easily follow the next steps via the following link: Return Link
After clicking on the link, fill in the details, after which a return label will be sent to your email address. You need to stick this on the package. Now the package is ready for shipping and can be brought to a shipping point.
Once we have received the package in good condition, it will take 1 week for us to process it and we will refund the amount to your bank account within three working days.
If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to test the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Handle the product with care and ensure that it is packaged properly.
Have you provided an incorrect delivery address?
If you have accidentally given an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Delivery time
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 22:59 will be shipped the same day. In some cases, however, this is not possible, for example when products are out of stock. In that case, the delivery time may take a little longer. On the product page you will find an indication of the expected delivery time. If we unexpectedly do not meet the indicated delivery time, we will of course inform you of this as soon as possible.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are fully covered by us and usually take place the next business day between 9:00 and 22:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
Warranty
Warranty
We attach great importance to the quality of our products and do our utmost to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, it may happen that damage occurs during transport or that another problem occurs, which may entitle you to a warranty claim. According to European law, we are responsible for any defect that comes to light within two years of delivery. In addition, you may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or reasonably should have discovered a defect in the product, we request that you contact us within a reasonable period. In most cases, a period of two months is considered reasonable, but under certain circumstances a longer period may also be sufficient. If you inform us in time, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the product free of charge.
